Artist Biography

My name is Diana Delgado, I was born and raised in El Paso Texas. Currently studying and working in Dallas Texas. I grew up along with technology and since I was little, I've had a camera around. I remember being in middle school and bringing my small compact digital camera to take photos of my friends during lunch. I would always bring my camera to friends' birthday parties and school sports events. I never took it seriously until I got good feedback from different family members and friends. I am interested in various styles of photography such as commercial, documentaries, and fashion. I get inspired by photographers who explore abstraction, colors, and angles. I push myself to be creative with these qualities. I focus on both digital and film mediums. I have experience with DSLR, 4x5 film, and 35mm film cameras. I am currently in my senior year of college to get my degree in photography. So far I have shown my work in the school halls as a small exhibition. My development as an artist has come through the years of learning from individuals who also have a passion for photography.
